Happy Labor day to all of you celebrating! The kids are off from school and I have a day off from work so we’re taking it easy and enjoying the warm weather. I have a random selection of photos that were taken a week or so ago with my phone so I’m sharing them today.
So it wasn’t technically from my phone but my husband was down in S. Carolina during the solar eclipse and he captured it with his phone. He actually placed his eclipse sunglasses over his phone and managed to get some interesting shots!
One of the last pool days of the summer. Have you read this book? It’s a taboo topic but it was a fun read.
For the first time, the kids went back to school on a Thursday. At least they had 2 days of school that first week and then the weekend to recover.
We went out for froyo from Sweet Frog. Can you tell the kids’ cups by the amount of candy that’s in theirs, lol?!
Kids were on a mission to train our cats to walk on a leash. Yoshi, our champagne colored Burmese cat, did pretty good eventually considering when we put the harness on him at first, he’d just freeze and plop. He was NOT happy with that thing on him!!
But he walked!! So mission accomplished! It takes some getting used to seeing a cat on a leash, ha!
This little gadget was great on our road trips. Have you heard of it? It’s a magnetic mount for your phone that clips into the air vent. Highly recommend! It came in handy on our road trips, especially when we needed to use the GPS. I prefer the navigation on my phone versus the one in the car. Am I the only one?!!
Thank you for visiting and have a great Monday!
